What we like
Since 2024, this vacation home has been completely renovated to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation for all guests.
The property features reversible air conditioning throughout, two new bedrooms, brand-new Italian marble bathrooms, a new gym, Wi-Fi fiber throughout the property (even by the pool), a new TV lounge on the top floor, a magnificent garden and a new summer kitchen in the pool house.
Location: surrounded by 10 hectares of countryside, with breathtaking 360° views, this property offers all the tranquility you need for a luxury vacation in Provence.
Less than 15 minutes from Luberon hilltop villages such as Gordes and Roussillon, enjoy Provence's most beautiful spots close to your luxury vacation home.
Top-floor studio: a new space on the top floor of the property offers a large 140m2 playroom for children or teenagers.
Two bedrooms complete this studio for guests wishing more privacy.
Relaxation: enjoy a soothing dip in the heated pool after a long day exploring the Luberon.

Exterior
Surrounded by ten hectares of stunning Luberon countryside with panoramic views, this villa invites you to relax by the heated pool or enjoy a glass of rosé in the courtyard as you listen to the soothing sound of the fountain. With plenty of shaded corners in the grass beneath the trees, or the choice of dining on the terrace by the house or a second shaded area by the pool, there are endless spaces to unwind. A wood barbecue offers the perfect way to prepare meals, while a boules court adds a touch of Provençal charm to your stay.
Pool
This bastide features a private heated swimming pool measuring 10m x 10m, fenced in for added security. This pool is surrounded by 250 square meters of beach, 150 of which are shaded, idealfor relaxing in the sun, as well as an additional sun-bathed area for those who prefer to bask in the warmth.
A fully equipped pool house, complete with kitchen, makes alfresco dining practical and enjoyable. There's also a large table and a comfortable seating area, both of which can accommodate up to 15 people, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to gather around the pool.

Restored to an exceptional standard with luxurious finishes, La Bastide des Sources offers 585 m² of living space, combining high Provencal ceilings and stone floors with modern comforts.
On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and double living room, all opening onto a charming courtyard with fountain.
This first floor also includes a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.Ideal for people with reduced mobility
A majestic stone staircase leads to the second floor, which houses the master bedroom with dressing room and 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with countryside views.
The second floor includes 2 further double bedrooms and a large games room.
The villa also includes a fully equipped 60 m² gym with its own kitchen, shower and WC.
